Rage misguided. Governors need to come up with a plan that deals with things such as population density, external access, current number of infections, hospital beds, economic impact, etc. The important thing is that areas within a state will have very different situations and one size fits all plans punish the more rural areas. Chicago is not Chenoa, and they need different plans.
