Don't doubt that as my windshield would be covered in bug strikes but recently I may get 1 or two between El Paso and Silver City NM.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel That's sad news Brother Chip. I don't see any shortage here of birds at our bird feeders! Our little woods (about 3.5 acres) probably produce hundreds of birds each year along with ground hogs, red foxes, whitetail deer and who knows what else. Doves seem to be the most prevalent birds I see when I walk through the woods. They are everywhere! We put out bluebird houses at the edge of our fields. Since then we have seen an increase in their population.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - We have some turkey vultures that took up residence in the attic of the old, abandoned house on our property. There is only one place the roof hasn't caved in and you can see right in it from the back side of the house. We pick up roadkill for them and the red foxes that live on the property.
