I think someone needs to tell the tyrant of Belarus that if Russia deploys nukes there and one is launched in any direction, that we won't punish the people of Belarus. No, we will be coming for him. Same for Putin

Tactical delivery vehicles that are capable of carrying a nuclear payload is a lot different than actually having the warheads in Belarus. They have had them there before, so I don't think it's that big of a deal.
