I am okay with this as long as it is administered by a licensed, trained provider and is accompanied by at least one therapy session. The move to allow it without any medical intervention is not a good one.

I agree especially since it's a very bad idea for me to attempt performing psychotherapy on myself. It's very powerful medicine indeed.
