Panel recommends significant change in military sexual assault proceedings

Well military leadership in this issue has never been there. The good old boys club is so perverse in the military that in and if itself hinders unit cohesion. Its right up there with ingrained White Supremacists .

No one wants to hear it but I expect these changes will not have the desired result. These studies say anything other than a Court Martial is a subject getting off easy. In a civilian court all the subjects who got less than a Court Martial would walk.

What I heard is they are looking at civilians investigating. I think that is not good because they don't understand the military culture. CID needs to be fixed; I don't remember why. Command climate surveys will address sexual harassment and assaults. The surveys will actually be looked at.
