Biden was the slight upgrade from trump. We settled and knew what we were getting which was 1.) getting rid of the 4th worst president in history and 2.) getting a slight upgrade in president Biden.

I think there was some conflation in the reporting, of acts of co-workers and acts of the employer. Exceptionally light on details, so can't draw any conclusions from it at all.
