This law is the most ridiculous law I have ever heard about! How can this pass the test as a constitutional law???

That is for the Judiciary to decide. I don't know how many Federal Judgeship's there are, but President Trump has put 80+ Originalists on the bench.

Because they are not confiscating the gun, but doing an aggressive registration of it. I think these things are immaterial in the end because of the paper trail created when you purchase a firearm. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/records-search-requests-rsrs
Liberty rests on two columns as I see it: 1.) the law; specifically, the Constitution; 2.) societal values; if voters don't place value on individual liberty, then they will not consider the issues of individual liberty when casting their votes and they will not hold government o the law. Courts are necessary and important, but if the people completely delegate interpretation of the Constitution to the courts, then we don't have a constitution anymore - we just have a court system that is run by an oligarchy situated at Supreme Court.
So it takes both the law and societal values. One without the other gives you mob rule and dumb decisions.

Records Search Requests (RSRs) | Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
The Firearms Services Section, Law Enforcement Support Branch, will search the records maintained at the National Tracing Center (NTC) from out of business Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) pursuant to a request from ATF or other accredited law enforcement agency as part of a bona fide criminal investigation. Law enforcement regularly makes such requests to obtain the serial number of a firearm that was stolen from an individual.

I visited a friend over Christmas and he had an alcoholic beverage in his hand which he drank. He also owns a car. I've never known him to drink in great amounts, or drive after doing so. So, should he be called a "drunk driver" because at some point he might drive after drinking?

The one accident I have had while driving in the last 46 years, was not caused by alcohol, but there was an open container. What saved me that day was the women, who minutes later had the same problem with road conditions, as had caused my mishap, hit the investigating officer's cruiser. All thoughts of me were wiped from the officer's mind. My tow-truck was there and they let me go. If I had, had to stay a few minutes longer a DUI would have been mine as the effect of the alcohol crept over me. I have since quit drinking. I will call the police if I see someone obviously driving impaired, even though I spent many years quoting "Star Wars" whenever I saw a cop. We all know there's nothing worse than a reformed_______(fill in the blank)

So how is that not infringement on your right to keep and bear arms? Government school employees encourage bullying of your child for you speaking out on an unconstitutional law. There goes the First Admendment too.

If you could get definitive proof of that accusation it would be good. We know it's happening, but proof must be obtained.
