If anyone is in the Central Texas area and wants to make a few bucks during SxSW next month (March 6-20), please check out this company. They are veteran owned and operated and they give a HIGH priority to veteran hires. I've spoke with their Director of Operations and he is looking particularly for veterans interested in putting in a few hours to a few days. They pay a higher rate for veterans, particularly E-6s and above. All you need for work is a pair of black pants, boots and a cell phone. They take care of everything else. They need a couple more hundred folks to staff the event. You can indicate schedule availability by date and time after your application has been accepted. And their turn around time on applications has been phenomenal.
