I have read stories of people reportedly seeing Ivory Billed woodpeckers deep in swamps . Good to see the reports were true.

The problem in Australia is that some species are very dependent on a singular need. For example a bird species only eats certain fruits. Some species rely on a particular tree to make their nests. The fires have ravaged those needs and zoos are indulging in breeding plans to keep species of animals from going extinct.
