'No Sense of Urgency': Mental Health Calls to VA Go Unanswered

I’ve dialed the number at home and drove to the hospital still on hold. We tried again with my therapist and had the same result. A decision to suicide is made in an instant. We must do better. Failure by those at the disability board is a factor in my humble opinion, people die before they ever get their benefits
