It is paramount for native people to understand how evil ISIS is and fight them.

It was an interesting connection they made between poverty and radicalization. Of course terrorists have always portrayed themselves as being the saviors of the afflicted and the ones who really care as opposed to the opportunistic wolves they inevitably turn out to be.
Anyway, I wish the best for Raqqa and the safety and happiness that every society deserves. Hopefully, the Syrian Civil War will find some adequate conclusion, sometime in the future.
