A man suspected of being the main financier of the militia groups that carried out the Rwandan genocide has been arrested in France. Felicien Kabuga was detained in a Paris suburb. In 1994, around 800,000 people were killed by Hutu militiamen who mainly targeted members of the Tutsi minority. Theodora Umurorwa lost most of her family and was almost killed herself.
