I have left a trail of offended liberals with that little fact. It is funny to watch they try to explain how socialist and workers party don't really mean socialist, or that hitler wasn't a socialist despite his own statements that he was.

MSgt Neil Greenfield While you did find an author who believes that hitler wasnt a socialists, the view disagrees with hitler himself, and the deeds of the his nazi party when they were in power so unless your author knows hitler better than hitler did, and can somehow morph the actions of the nazi party into capitalism somehow, then your author is wrong.

MSgt Neil Greenfield - so the cruise ship Hitler built for workers was because he was a capitalist? The resorts he built for German was because essentially he was a nice guy? http://www.businessinsider.com/adolf-hitler-nazi-resort-prora-2016-8

Some how liberals seem to forge the NAZI party was built on a socialist party that Hitler joined before Hitler morphed it into the NAZI party. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_Workers'_Party

LTC David Brown It is not that they forget, it is that they actively run from the truth, they pretend that what they are is different from their past. The young ones just dont know any better.

Nationalsozialismus - (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei) National SOCIALIST German Workers' Party

Nazism sought to convince all parts of a new German society to subordinate their personal interests to the "common good" and to accept the priority of political interests in economic organisation. In Mein Kampf, written in 1924, Hitler outlined the antisemitism and anti-communism at the heart of his political philosophy, as well as HIS DISDAIN FOR PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY and his belief in Germany’s right to territorial expansion.

Considering what we actually know and can read about hitler including his manifesto, it appears the left still doesn't get it. They should ask do the republicans actually have a disdain for parliamentary democracy or have they advocated doing away with congress? The answer is a resounding no. In fact the conservatives have been trying to strengthen congress by removing career politicians.
