German Workers' Party - Wikipedia
The German Workers' Party (German: Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, DAP) was a short-lived political party and the precursor of the National Socialist German Workers' Party (German: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, NSDAP); commonly referred to in English as the Nazi Party. The DAP only lasted from January 1919 until February 1920.
Nazism sought to convince all parts of a new German society to subordinate their personal interests to the "common good" and to accept the priority of political interests in economic organisation. In Mein Kampf, written in 1924, Hitler outlined the antisemitism and anti-communism at the heart of his political philosophy, as well as HIS DISDAIN FOR PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY and his belief in Germany’s right to territorial expansion.
Considering what we actually know and can read about hitler including his manifesto, it appears the left still doesn't get it. They should ask do the republicans actually have a disdain for parliamentary democracy or have they advocated doing away with congress? The answer is a resounding no. In fact the conservatives have been trying to strengthen congress by removing career politicians.
