Identify as a Haitian illegal, and you don't have to follow CDC guidelines ! On a serious note, the hypocritical stupidity of this administration is something that is dangerous to Americans and will cost lives.

None of these illegals are tested. Further, those with families, pregnant (or say they are) are free to roam. You must be a citizen to live with mandates, tests and restrictions.
