Hmmm... Interesting.... I too have two birth certificates... one is from Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield NJ... and it looks old, like the alleged version from Mombasa Kenya... We are the same age. I have several others, that green, like the second green version from Hawaii. The green version they released, is a the type you get when you ask for a copy... for things like submitting for a pass port. Not sure why this came up again... or, if it is real...
