This is an interesting debate. The 14th Amendment: "The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
We know in today's political Congress will never agree on something like this.

I do not think what Colorado did will stand up. However, there is the State's rights issue.

I do want to see SCOTUS take up the immunity issue.
