Indian Army Lessons learned from the USS Theodore Roosevelt Incident. Good to see other nations are looking at one of our worst days of Senior leadership failure. We certainly have not yet looked at it enough -- nor was those that failed in leadership really punished. But without a dount -- they will all be forgotten by history because they failed to make a difference. On the other hand - CAPT Crozier may have lost his career in saving his sailors -- and in doing so will be remembered for as long as there is a US Navy... and maybe long after that as well. Few ever attain that status... and his actions will be studied by students for hundreds of years to come.
