Thank you my friend Sgt (Join to see) for posting the perspective from exoploitics.org DR Michael Salla on December 26, 2015.
"Andrew Basiago’s run for the 2016 Presidential election is partly based on his belief that he was pre-identified as a future U.S. President in a CIA/DARPA run time travel program called “Project Pegasus.”

LTC Stephen F. Basiago is so articulate and can give out so many details, that he's very plausible to me. I, like many rational Americans, realize the government has hidden numerous dark projects from Americans for many decades.

During an interview on the US mystery program “Coast to Coast”, John Lear, a retired CIA pilot, made strong statements regarding the Moon, Mars and the extraterrestrial technology used by NASA.

Time travel does not exist! The Legion of Affirmative Time-travel Enforcement decided, in the year 4761, that all time travel should be banned. As a result, they created a device that would be sent into the past, replicate itself, and make all time travel impossible by imposing the laws of physics. These devices are impossible to detect with technology any earlier than the late fifth millennium.

PO3 Kenneth Suvanto MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. Lt Col Charlie Brown Something that rings true to me is when this Basiago claimed that the CIA actively groomed Obama a long time ago for the Presidency, and that Obama is a CIA-sanctioned U.S. President. (And Basiago is not alone in claiming this).
As Prez, Obama was a mysterious character, not transparent at all about his birth, childhood, schooling also “transformed” the country by undermining the stability of it and set it up for someone like Biden to continue the work.

Reminds me of Captain Janeway of the Federation starship Voyager who ends up in a temporal war with the captain of an alien ship that manipulates time (2-part episode titled “Year of Hell”, 11/12/1997).

Lt Col Timothy Cassidy-Curtis I never really got into the ST: Enterprise series, so you’ll forgive me if I never saw that episode.

However, on ST: NG, there is one fascinating episode where they encounter temporal distortions resulting from a scientist’s experiment gone awry. The final scene shows different temporal versions of Data guiding each other as he applies the solution to the distortion. Very imaginative!

SGT Mary G. I reposted your article of Marine on Mars for 17 years under several other tags; I believe the guy and it’s a fantastic story; think of what our military/ gov is doing in space in this modern day!

Sgt (Join to see) - Yes, glad you did. I saw it and read the interesting comments. Did you see the comment about Laura Eisenhower I put there . . . . (I'll put it on your repost too).
There are several people with similar fantastic stories. It is the logistics of it that keeps me sitting on the fence.

I think the theory of possibilities states that whatever is possible is more than likely so. In other words, if you can think of it then it is prolly true OSLT. I don't even know where I learned that but, I belieb it lol. I also believe we know everything that has, or is going to happen. It's all in our mind somewhere...gaining access to it would prolly get you a free pass to the insane asylum...Point being, anything is possible. One more thing, memories are passed in our genes and I don't think there is a such thing as time travel like what you can't even think of...see, you can't even think how it could work...
Sincerely, Ken

Sgt (Join to see) - Well Sgt. Ann Ma'am, we call that Teleportation right? Again, I can see where we jump in our mind to where the data is stored however, you better be able to find your way back or you could be lost forever! Sincerely, Ken

PO3 Kenneth Suvanto - There’s examples of teleportation in the Bible, ie Elijah in the chariot going up to heaven, Philip in Acts 8 being transported from the eunuch to a town 20 miles away, Elijah speeding ahead of Ahabs chariot 1 Kings 18... Teleportation is traveling through space or dimensions. Maybe man can also do it at this present time, but is it of evil powers or good?

So Basiago was the real “John Carter” (John Carter is a movie about a cowboy from the 1800s who was transported to Mars). After reading this, I noticed I had a slight limp as I was walking around. Whatever.
