For those that don't know, Jon Runyan is the NFL’s vice president of policy and rules administration and serves on the advisory board of the national nonprofit, SoldierStrong. Prior to his current position, he played in the National Football League (NFL) for 14 seasons and represented New Jersey’s 3rd district in Congress from 2011 to 2015.
