SGT (Join to see), we were required to read this during my high school junior year.
Also, I’ve read a good deal about Kennedy on this subject. The consensus is almost overwhelmingly in favor of Sorensen being the principal author. The only reason JFK wasn’t completely outed was the extreme intimidation of ABC News by the Kennedy family.
I did like JFK, but I don’t think he authored Profiles in Courage and I don’t think he should have been awarded the Pulitzer Prize.

Excellent point, along with the fact that the media was completely infatuated with and totally in JFKs pocket. Left wing media bias is nothing new. It has been around since the administration of FDR.

The book was ghost written and the award was given to flesh out JFKs resume for his upcoming presidential run.
