Is India Gearing Up for War With China?

India and China have had skirmishes in the past. China's relationship with Pakistan can add to the mess. I can see Pakistan adding to the turmoil if it looks like India and China are going to duke it out. What is the saying the "The enemy of my enemy if my friend." What do you folks think? Also notice how quickly the Indians are getting made in USA SIG rifles.
