The comedian Gallagher (inventor of the Sledge-o-matic) would flip his hair with his fingertips in a kind of "Woohoo" effect whenever commenting on some particularly scatter-brained concept. I could well imagine him flipping his hair until it fell out, roots and all, if commenting on this article. However, to be fair, to even consider this article as anything but fodder for comedy, I'd have to be as senile as Biden...
