I highly doubt the validity of the story. To preform surgery there are multiple safe guards. You need a permit to operate that requires informed consent. The institution I worked at requires medical certified translators. There is a phone service we ascribe to for uncommon foreign languages. The surgeon counsels the patient, the OR nurse discusses what is going on with the patient . Then the anesthesia provider discusses the procedure with the patient. Once the uterus is removed it goes to pathology. To preform a hysterectomy there needs to be a medical indication. Pathology confirms the disease existed that lead to the hysterectomy. It is considered malpractice to preform uanessacry surgery or to coerce someone into surgery.

Oh it's the spin. The story is either true or it's not. Period.
