So they were going to investigate him because he didn't say anything about helping two police officers in distress? WTF Over? Has it gotten so bad that employers don't want people to help the police?

They were more concerned about the fact that he didn't communicate what he was doing to the company. Police are going to give him an award. HART will not push negative action against the employee. He has been working there for 6 years with a squeaky clean record. HART will use this scenario to train future supervisors in the correct action to use and communication use.

Morrison explained, "There's no disciplinary action going to be taken, we are going to be speaking to him just to make sure that if ever there's an event like this in the future that there's proper communication."
Sounds like someone does not like at HART and only backed down when the public eye swung by.
