Personally I don't think her statement could be accurate about her experience and those of now. It wasn't until resent the lift on "don't ask dont tell" was lifted. So her comparison of service to them and now would not, again in my opinion give enough enough reputable data. Also, a COL role and a grunts role are quit different. So until enough data is collected on the effects of Open transgender data in the military. I'll reserve my thoughts on the subject.

Regardless of our political differences and insights @Lisa McDonald and CW3 Lindsey Muller, let's please not lose sight of what is important. Both of you serve the same cause, freedom to our country. Not everyone's is going to agree with one another and that's just life. It's easy to get lost in such angry topics. Sonif I can respectfully ask, after you hash it out , please at least thank the other for there service. We're all fighting for one thing or another. But family in arms is a special bond that's seldom found in the civilian sector.
I for one am proud to have served with so many strong individuals. Regardless of personal life choices! With that being said, thank you both for your service, and continued service to our country.
