Good info...thanks for the share. Every day I take Vitamins B12, C, D, Elderberry, Zinc, and Turmeric. That seems to work for me...knock on wood. Thanks again for the share. But I do like a cigar and an occasional adult beverage.

A good supplement that I use is called "Athletic Greens." Works well with me. Other than that, diet and exercise are key! As much as I like a Big Mac, I definitely limit my intake. Hah!
