How the recent Realtor settlement could change the way Americans buy and sell homes | CNN...

I had no idea there was something like this going on, the settlement I mean. My Father was a Broker and taught the brokerage courses for a while In and around Bragg/Liberty in the 80's and 90's. I like the part about not listing the commission value on MLS. But, most agents and brokers aren't going to mention commission fees other than the standard 6%. It's up to the buyers and sellers to find the Agent that's going to do the best job for you.
