The mortgage company keeps trying to get me to cash out my equity and refinance. Not going to happen. We had one of the last "low" interest rates before everything went zooming.

And Blackrock has been buying up all the single family homes, making it super expensive for a young family, as well. And now BLackrock is in trouble.
