I guess the 2.4% will be taxed then. Its time for American companies to invest in America and instead of their own profits. Being American comes with many rewards and responsibilities.

SO the Japanese and European companies who build cars in the US for export should be force by their nations to close their plants in places like SC and TN? If you take that in the balance US workers LOSE.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - No, those companies are smart to build cars in the US. It allows easier access to US buyers. Plus, they avoid the import taxes by building in the U.S. I don't see foreign auto makers changing their manufacturing at all.
