The song was used in Quentin Tarantino's 1992 movie Reservoir Dogs, during the famous 'ear' scene. He is best known for his 1978 solo hit the UK No.3 and US No.2 single 'Baker Street.' He was also a member of late 1960s group The Humblebums with Billy Connolly. Rafferty died on 4th Jan 2011 at the age of 63 after suffering a long illness."
