That is why the federal government is never the answer, I had an economist tell me years ago when I was in college, that for every dollar you spend you generate $1.25 at the very least, for every dollar the feds spend it tends to lose .25 cents on the dollar at the very least. Man had two PHD's so I take him at his word. Now remember this was when I was in college some time has lapsed so those numbers could have increased or decreased.
