Sounds good. If there is one thing we usually do well, it is feeding the troops on a holiday

I remember one year I’m Germany, when the 0-6 who commanded the Kasern prohibited jeans or BDUs (unless you were on CQ, etc.) in the dining hall on Christmas Day. A lot of enlisted soldiers (whose entire civilian wardrobe consisted of jeans) chose to forego putting together their Class A for a single meal and skipped Christmas dinner. To this day, it was the most heartless, mean-spirited thing I ever saw any officer do.
