He was a leader of the rioters and should be sentenced as such.

Yes I would say you both are racist if you are labeling me since you know nothing of me but would make those remarks.
You should instead consider that to prosecute the J6 'rioters' - which were 'mostly peaceful' - but not to prosecute the BLM or Antifa members who committed fraud, arson, assault vandalism and murder during the riot they cause is ludicrous.
If they were prosecuted, then explain why those cases were not posted nightly of the mainstream media so the whole nation could follow the cases. I for one would want that over congrssional hearing where most of the video footage was not released to the American people.
