Earlier, I posted the above Short video... but I found another Science Video about our SUN that is orders of magnitude more descriptive about the rotation of our SUN. It actually rotates around a point of space called the "Barycenter" -

Read on: "The barycenter of the solar system is the point around which all the bodies in the solar system orbit. It's the common center of mass for the planets and stars, and its position is constantly changing based on where the planets are in their orbits. The barycenter can be near the center of the sun, outside the sun's surface, or even above it. For example, in 2023, it was above the sun's surface, but in 2030 it will be closer to the center. As the barycenter moves, the sun wobbles around it, which can make it appear as if the sun is traveling on a wobbly path. Larger planets, like Jupiter and other gas giants, can cause the sun to wobble more."
