Why yes they are. And our military leaders? They're focused on pronouns (they are a combat multiplier dontcha know), critical race theory, and diversity, equity, and inclusiveness. Because we all know bullets, bombs, and artillery rounds are racist. And war is a white supremacist construct. Sarcasm off.

China has always been expanding globally; from Asia to Africa and from Europe to Australia. The old Silk Route was built to take Chinese goods west into Europe and the U.S. The new Silk Route is intended to flood global markets with Chinese products and services.

Correct, but today China is an economic giant with a much larger reach than ever before. While I believe that economic hegemony may be their short term goal, I can however recognize an historical pattern. What I am seeing isn't really very good.
