I believe that people that try to extort workers based on immigration status should be prosecuted and all businesses should be working within the law. HOWEVER, I do NOT feel that the owners/managers should be required to ensure person is LEGAL and allowed to work int the USA when the DHS/DOJ/White House does NOT care to enforce the immigration laws that THEY passed.

I Used To Own A Restaurant And We Were Required By State And Federal Law To Get Social Security Numbers From All Employees, For Tax Purposes And Also Workers Comp .
The Big Problem Is A lot Of The Illegal’s Are Using Stolen I.Ds And Social Security Numbers.
My Wife’s Cousin Applied For Welfare Benefits And Was Denied Because They Said She Was Employed, An Illegal Woman Was Using Her Social Security Number In Another State Working In A Hotel .
I Support Legal Immigration ! But Illegal Immigrants Should Be Rounded Up And Sent Back To Their Own Countries, If They Have Used Stolen Identities They Should Be Given Prison Time Then Deported.
