Breitbart fails to mention that 9 Democrats voted in favor of the Cruz legislation and 2 Republicans against. Could it be that the article wouldn't support the narrative that their alt-right readers want to hear. Hmm

The Democrats that voted for it are all from southern or Midwestern states where people love their guns. (MTx2, AK, IN, NC, ND, LA, MO, AR)
The one Republican that voted against it was from IL. The two independents that voted against it were from ME and VT.
In this case the party affiliation doesn't seem to mean as much in this case as where they're from.

Funny how Ted failed to mention that his amendment would also override state gun laws and allow interstate transport of guns no matter what the state law says, and allow interstate gun sales. That just may have had something to do with all the senators that voted against it.
