This could be a great move for our service-connected disability vets who couldn't quite "prove" what happened! Now let's see how the VA administers it...

I feel that VA medical providers are trained to write thing in such away or leave things out of your medical reports so that you can't use them to make a claim. I have talked to medical providers and when you request your medical reports that information is not in the report.
I hate the fact that I have to prove to VA that I was in a combat zone.
