I asked a simple question. Does the 1951 UNHCR discredit the Constitutions Article?

Asylum Seekers have a legal process in India to the United States. Mexican’s have this legal process also.

You need to separate issues here.

Fentanyl smuggling is being reported as exploding during these current border policies.

Infact I suggest we tighten security and follow all legal international asylum seeker things we signed.

If you do not see social degradation national security issues with a looser border policy just simply due fentanyl smuggling being easier with drug mules distracting with a flood of people claiming asylum?

I do not believe that th 1951 UNHCR meant for a nation to loosen its border to the point where drug smuggling was easier as to also, because you might accept more asylum seekers.

Also what if you did not have the infrastructure built up to handle a unlimited number of people claiming asylum?

Does that 1951 thing state go bankrupt, stress your own system, to accept an unlimited amount of asylum seekers applications?

Does it take into consideration the health of the nation that is being flooded with asylum applications ?

Defend what, exactly?
The guard are going to sit there and do nothing because, despite the rabid fantasies of conservatives, they aren't a right-wing gestapo force.

you sir - are a chuckle. You have absolutely no clue on anything you comment on - just a blind frothing hatred of all things conservative. You spout stupidity instead of thoughtful dialogue. If you had any amount of education, intelligence, or knowledge in that vacuum of space between your ears - You would know that the federal government is mandated to secure borders between the country and foreign countries - with the amount of illegal aliens entering through the border with Texas, it is clear that the Federal Government has failed to do it's constitutionally mandated job of preventing said incursions of illegals.
