If find this very interesting....why would the Russians not be interested in what we are doing by having one of their intel ships floating of the eastern shores of the US near Groton, CT.....after all, the Ukraine is something that they probably are interested in controlling and want to have as much intel as possible as they pursue overtaking what they perceive to be their territory....

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel is an Intel guy Navy and he agreed with me that the Russian spy trailers and always been off our Coast human Bruce chasing a Russian sub or something like that off the coast of the Golden Gate the early nineties. They've always been there so they're still looking at the Ukraine and spying on at the same time because they can get Telemetry data from our missile sites or our Weapons Systems training or whatever for contingencies
