But you know our politicians who voted themselves all of their perks will never have to worry about that. they are not going to take their own perks away. I do know here in my state our retirement plan for public employees is unstainable. Now if you work 20 years you can retire with a pension and medical insurance. We have people retiring in the late 40's to early 50's and working on a second pension or career. The state just can't afford to fund the plan as it sits currently.
