I'll stick to the economic indicators where we have actual data, rather than debating the administration's projections (revenue projections, impact of executive orders, etc.). Eventually, the projections will be replaced with actual data, and we can revisit the impact. I don't debate the non-economic policies (immigration, foreign policy, etc.).

-Economic growth is following the same trend from the years prior to his inauguration.
-Unemployment is following the same trend from the years prior to his inauguration.
-Manufacturing is following the same trend from the years prior to his inauguration.

All of these indicators are easily verifiable through the Bureau of Economic Analysis and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. I'm not saying that Trump isn't having an impact, but these specific indicators do not show any impact. I only see a continuation of the trends that he inherited.

Well sir I would counter that you maybe suffer from some form of guilt as I did not address you, So some inner feeling must have triggered your response.

1SG Dennis Hicks - You replied to my post. You didn't address anyone else. Everyone else on here has been commenting in a defensive manner supporting Trump, thinking that I'm trying to bash Trump. Put 2 and 2 together. Maybe you suffer from some form of a failed attempt at plausible deniability.

Cpl Jeff N. - Any growth that came before 1 Oct of this year didn't come from the new President. He had never had a budget passed (actually there still isn't one but they are working on CR). Unless you can think of some accomplishment that actually added growth to the economy (I couldn't). Not disparaging, just the way it works. The article is right about the stock market being up, however.

He promised to bring manufacturing jobs back to U.S. shores, but still gets his merch produced over seas. Practice what you preach. HYPOCRITE

Ray, he is bringing the jobs back, look at the numbers. You don't seem to understand that these days it is almost impossible to get textiles made here in the US at a competitive cost due to all of the offshoring that has happened over the last 20-30 years. I am not sure what world you operate in from a business perspective but you seem woefully ill informed. China and Bangladesh (and other LCC) are where almost all textiles are made. Some higher end stuff is coming back here now but this is not a dynamic he created. You ought to know that.

Cpl Jeff N. - What jobs is he bringing back? This is not a TDS question, it's a real desire to understand.
