Just thought I'd post this here. This is the SrA BTZ training video. It helps. If you're going to the board you can control about two thirds of the actual board by using the following formula:
1. Have a well rehearsed 2-3 minute intro. In your intro talk about your personal and professional goals, describe your job and its mission impact
2. Have a well rehearsed 1-2 minute conclusion. This is your time to revisit any answers you may not have been clear on during the Q&A period. Don't forget to thank the board members for their valuable time.
For the Q&A: restate the question and ensure you answer the question. Be sure to check the base paper and Air Force times the week of the board.
