I'm not going to get happy with this. MDs laws are archaic and overbearing and they 'allow' weapons in the state. If I was to live in MD, I wouldn't be able to open or conceal carry yet no one says a thing. D.C. will do something close to it where you 'can' apply, but it'll take a act of God to actually be approved.

SSG Warren Swan Thats sort of what I was thinking Warren. They can pass laws all they want but implementing them is another thing. As a retired Military Police Officer, I can and do carry under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act. As I live in Rhode Island, another commie state and one that I could not carry in, just like the city and state where I was born, The Big Apple! I carry there now too. I have my Florida permit but it did me no good in any of these two states and a few others. We need national reciprocity.

SFC William Farrell - i've heard of that act. Do you have to be a retired MP or LEO, or like me, hold the MOS of LEO?
