“NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Blue Angels flew over Middle Tennessee on Thursday as part of their salute to health care workers, first responders, and other essential workers on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19.
The flight started at noon in Rutherford County in Silver Hill, through Walterhill and down to Murfreesboro. From there, the jets made their way to Smyrna, through Nolensville and over to Franklin [my hometown].
Next, they went through Brentwood and made their way to Nashville, before circling back to Belle Meade, back again over Nashville and the Brentwood area before leaving Middle Tennessee.”
They came over our house a little after noon. The map shows approximately where we were (the point of the red arrow) when they flew over us. I didn’t get a photo! However, like the video and the photo show, there were six aircraft in a tight grouping, with a seventh aircraft to one side (photography/filming?). It was exhilarating!

Great share. We're not getting the Thunderbirds or Blue Angles so MacDill decided to do their own KC-135 flyover area hospitals tomorrow.
