THEY CAN'T...
They Broke The Laws At The Time They Were Charged, Arrested, Tried, Convicted And Jailed...
There Is NO CASE What-So-Ever...
In Fact, They Could Be Left In Jail To Serve Their Remaining Time.
There May Be Several Reasons Biden's Doing It; But Probably Due To The Issues Being Minor At THIS Time, And It Further Reduces The Costs Of Imprisonment..
Most Laws Are Created With Common Sense In Mind.....
