Army to determine if Bergdahl is owed back pay for his time in captivity

Always believed in "forfeiture of all pay and benefits".

SSG(P) (Join to see) With the way his trial went, I am sure the Army will give it to him. Regardless of how BS it is... I am sure they will use the Hanoi Hilton POW's as an example, but the difference is they were doing an authorized mission....

Well ... one can hope that common sense and justice prevail and he leaves the Army with the clothes he's wearing and not much else ... BUT ... since hope is not a method, I do hope that the families of those killed and seriously injured searching for Bergdahl have smart lawyers with lawsuits ready to drop if not already in the system ... suing him for everything he could possibly get in a payout from the military, from the sale of his story, from any book he might write or authorize, or from any movie that might be made about him. He, like OJ, should spend the rest of his life paying ... if not in jail, then financially.
