Clearly A new PowerPoint presentation multiple phased training program needs to be inplaced for those general officers.
After all that's the general officer plan of attack to address anything they don't like about junior officers or enlisted

Much of the problem here is lack of expectations. I had greater expectations of me as a PFC 20yrs ago than now. Friday I sign in to Ft Bliss and as a sr major, I have to have someone there to hold my hand. Had to fill out a Trips assessment to drive here from Ft Sam and have an NCO that couldn't find a tread bar on my tires if given a class inspect my vehicle. No wonder we are having these issues. We might as well give good conduct awards to officers as there are no longer expectations.

Remove all rank indicators from UCMJ proceedings. I want 4-Star Generals to get the same "justice" as the Sergeant with 6 years in service. Imagine what would happen to an E-6 if there were convicted of ANY of the things that Flag Officers get away with. As we go higher up the chain, the fall from grace should be harder and hurt more.
