Honestly, I don't think this has much of anything to do with the 2nd Amendment. Conservatives who are looking for a place to relocate are not going to choose Connecticut unless they have family ties there. It's the liberals who are moving out or moving back out or choosing not to move there in the first place who are causing the angst. It turns out that the liberal utopia is not so utopian even for liberals.
