So the state of California has said that they will not support enforcement of federal law. Now in California they are going to enforce California state law trying to prevent the federal government from enforcement of federal law and punish employers for following federal law. What is an employer in California going to do to stay in compliance with the law both federal and state. I see this going to the SCOTUS

I was confused by this until I clicked on the article and saw we were talking about California. It all makes sense now.
